The Femme Abstract is a group exhibition at the Dimension Gallery featuring over 40 Austin based women artists. Curator Moya McIntyre virtually guides us through the exhibition, highlighting specific works, and answering questions about this impressive group show.

About the curator:

Moya McIntyre is an artist and curator based in Austin. She is a co-founder and co-curator of Dimension Gallery, a contemporary sculpture gallery in East Austin. Recent curatorial projects include the Dimension Sculpture Park, Art at the Station at Springdale Station, and The Femme Abstract, winner of the Critic’s Pick Best Group Show Award in 2019. She received her B.B.A in International Business and B.A. in Spanish Language from the University of Texas at Austin. She operates a local event venue and raises her four children with her husband, Colin McIntyre, local sculptor and curator.
