“Primitive Movers,” was a unique blend of animation and dance. It was choreographed, animated, and performed by guest artist Kathy Rose.

Dance and video artist Kathy Rose has presented her shows of animated films and dance to sold-out houses in New York, Boston, Philadelphia and other cities. She delights audiences with her unusual blend of art forms-dancing in front of her movies, a live with bold abstract patterns; interacting with the characters on screen.

Laguna Gloria Art Museum and Women and Their Work joined with the Performing Arts Center in sponsoring the Kathy Rose event.

Women &Their Work also sponsored a workshop in conjunction with this event.
