Sharon Smith | Shrines & Vessels

Women & Their Work proudly presented Sharon Smith/Shrines and Vessels a focus exhibition of ceramic work by Austin artist Sharon Smith in the Gallery Shop.

Smith’s large-scale ceramic vessels, with their colorful surface decoration and additions of found objects, created joyful offerings to the good life. Sharon Smith has exhibited her work at the Austin Museum of Art, the Dallas Museum of Art, and the Galveston Art Center. She was a 1995 recipient of a Mid-America Arts Alliance/NEA Individual Artist Fellowship in Crafts.
