Katie Conley

Katie Conley works out of her home studio in Southwest Austin in Texas where she lives with her family.  She enjoys all types of art but specializes in painting, collage and mosaics.  Conley grew up in Louisville, Kentucky and has traveled and lived in many places in the US and abroad. She has and undergraduate BA in Studio Art with a concentration in Painting as well as a Masters of Art in Teaching for K-12 Art Education. Conley taught high school art in the Austin area before becoming a mother and switching to her own art making full time. Conley’s artwork can be found at various galleries and shows around town.  She enjoys participating in the Austin art scene as well as reading, singing, hiking, yoga, travel and home decorating.
