First Impressions: Flatbed Press at Women & Their Work

First Impressions offers an engaging survey of printmaking by 30 women artists, showcasing 50 works produced at Flatbed Press. This collection honors the exceptional contributions of printmakers making work in Texas and highlights the diversity of creative approaches that define contemporary printmaking. Flatbed Center for Contemporary Printmaking is dedicated to creating and promoting the art and craft of the original print, and to inform and broaden the audience for it. Flatbed provides educational programs, community access, independent and collaborative residencies and publishing opportunities for emerging and established artists.
